MARSHALL COUNTY, W.Va. — Moundsville City Council passed two resolutions that will help the community at different points in the year.

The first involves parking tickets. Anybody that gets a parking ticket for meter violations will be able to pay that ticket at the city building by bringing in 3 canned goods.

The idea was presented by Councilperson Sara Wood, and it mirrors something Wheeling City Council has done the last few years.
