For Residents

The City of Moundsville City Building, located at 800 6th Street, is the best source for resident questions.  The office is open from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and houses the City Manager’s Office, City Clerk’s Office, Building Inspection Department, Water Department Billing Office, and Fire Department.  The Clerk’s office can be reached by calling 304-845-3394.
