ADA Transition Plan Public Meeting and Public Comment Period

The City of Moundsville invites residents, stakeholders, and interested members of the public to attend a public meeting regarding the Draft ADA Transition Plan.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Moundsville City Building, 800 6th Street, Moundsville, WV 26041, during the regularly scheduled meeting of the City of Moundsville Finance, Policy, and Traffic subcommittees.
The purpose of the meeting is to present the Draft ADA Transition Plan for public review and receive input from community members. The ADA Transition Plan identifies barriers to accessibility within the City's public right-of-way and outlines strategies for achieving compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Following the public meeting, the Draft ADA Transition Plan will be available for public review and comment through August 30, 2026. The plan may be accessed on the City of Moundsville website at https://www.cityofmoundsville.com and the Bel-O-Mar Regional Council website at https://www.belomar.org.
