In a release from the City of Moundsville Arts & Culture Committee, the July Jefferson Friday event has been cancelled.  The June event had previously been cancelled.  The committee had hoped this wildly popular event from 2019 would have five appearances in 2020, but like most other public events, they are forced to cancel.  The Committee is hoping the August, September, and October events can still proceed.  Thank you for your understanding.
