Moundsville Names Belomar’s Rick Healy New City Manager

MOUNDSVILLE — The city has appointed Rick Healy as its new city manager.

Moundsville City Council met in a special meeting Wednesday to make the appointment. He will assume his duties Jan. 2 after he is sworn in during a regular council meeting, the city has said.

Healy is the assistant director of management services for Belomar Regional Council. It was unknown immediately if he would continue in that role after his takes on duties as city manager in Moundsville.
