City Clerk's Office

Cashier

Parks & Recreation Department

Lifeguard

The Moundsville Four Seasons Pool is presently accepting applications for the position of lifeguard. Must be certified by the Red Cross Life Guarding for Professional Rescuers and have a current CPR/AED First Aid card. This training can be paid for and provided if needed. High school and college students are encouraged to apply.

Desk Attendent

The Four Seasons Pool is accepting applications for Desk Attendants.  This is a part-time position that will generate a MAXIMUM of 29 hours per week.  Please contact Director John White at 304-845-7733 for more information.


Police Department

Police Officer

The City of Moundsville is seeking permanent full-time police officers. Applicants must be citizens of the United States, between the ages of 18 and 40, good moral character and physically and mentally fit. Starting salary, $52,000.00 with increase upon successfully completing one-year probationary period. $2,000.00 sign on bonus!
Benefits include: paid health insurance, paid sick days, paid holidays, uniform allowance, paid life insurance, paid vacation, and pension plan.

The City of Moundsville is seeking a permanent part time telecommunications operator (dispatcher), in the Police Department. Position will offer a maximum of 29 hours/week.
High School Diploma or equivalent required, previous job experience and computer/typing experience preferred.
